The listed prices are the daily lease price for Seepark-Ferienhaus-Rügen and include 35 kWh heat and electricity as well as water, linen package (bed linen and towels) per booked person, high-speed WiFi internet and 1 firewood bag. The use of the wall box inside the carport is not inclusive.
All stays are subject to a 159 EUR cleaning fee which is charged in advance together with the holiday home leasing cost.
A 200 EUR demage deposit is payable in with booking and will be tranfered back to you within a couple of days after you depature and house check by the caretaker.
No tourist tax is currently imposed.
